Context-aware suggestion

Ask what success looks like for the first release so the team can align on outcomes.

Assistant uses this meeting and your uploaded material.

Trust is part of the product.

Visible capture state

The workspace shows when capture is active so the current state is never hidden.

Readiness checks before a session

Permissions, audio, and connectivity are checked before a meeting can begin.

You control when AI is present

OpenWindow makes its role visible; notice, consent, and permitted use remain your responsibility.

One continuous workspace.
Before, during, and after.

Meeting tools usually begin when recording starts and disappear when the call ends. OpenWindow connects what you knew before the meeting with what was said inside it—and what needs to happen next.

01

BEFORE THE MEETING

Prepare from your actual material.

Create reusable contexts from a resume, job description, agenda, project brief, or your own notes. OpenWindow organizes the details so the live session starts informed.

  • Parsed skills, experience, and role signals
  • Reusable context for recurring conversations
  • A printable brief before you enter the room
02

DURING THE MEETING

Stay present while context moves.

Follow a live transcript, ask the current session a question, and receive concise, grounded help without turning the call into a second dashboard to manage.

  • Speaker-aware live transcript
  • Markdown, code, and system-design responses
  • Pin or pop out the transcript when you need it
03

AFTER THE MEETING

Leave with memory, not fragments.

Return to the full session workspace for transcripts, summaries, assistant answers, and the details you need to follow up or improve the next conversation.

  • Searchable session history
  • Summary and live-usage review
  • Continue asking questions after the meeting

One app.
The whole meeting.

Other tools help with one small part. OpenWindow helps you get ready, stay sharp live, and remember everything after.

From first context
to final follow-up.

Four deliberate steps. No dashboard maze, no complicated setup ritual.

  1. 01

    Create a context

Add the material that matters: an agenda, role, resume, job description, project brief, or focused notes.

    2–5 min
  2. 02

    Pass the readiness check

OpenWindow verifies microphone, screen capture, and system-audio capabilities before a live meeting can begin.

    Once per setup
  3. 03

    Start the permitted session

With required notice and consent in place, open the focused live workspace and stay with the conversation.

    When ready
  4. 04

    Review and compound

Revisit the transcript, summary, answers, and next steps—then reuse the context for the next meeting.

    Any time

“The best meeting assistant should make you feel more present, not more dependent.”

That is the standard behind every OpenWindow interaction.

Less tab switching

Context, transcript, assistance, and session history stay inside a single purposeful workflow.

More usable recall

The conversation becomes a structured resource you can revisit—not a folder of disconnected fragments.

Clearer next moves

Concise assistance and post-session memory keep attention on the decision or follow-up that matters.

Proof over placeholders. We do not publish invented testimonials. Verified customer stories will appear here only with permission.

Make every important conversation compound.

Too much valuable thinking vanishes the moment a meeting ends. Our mission is to turn that fleeting context into useful memory—without pulling people away from the human conversation happening in front of them.

Presence

Technology should create room for attention, not compete for it.

Agency

You decide when to capture, what context to add, and when AI belongs in the workflow.

Memory

Important conversations should become useful knowledge instead of disappearing.

Powerful context.
Clear boundaries.

OpenWindow makes required capabilities visible and blocks live meetings until the mandatory setup checks pass. You stay responsible for participant notice, consent, and the rules that apply to your conversation.

A

Explicit readiness

Required microphone, screen-capture, and system-audio capabilities are checked before a meeting starts.

B

No meeting before ready

A live meeting is not created or billed until the mandatory capability gate passes.

C

Transparent metering

Only active live-meeting time consumes prepaid balance. Existing meeting history remains available afterward.

D

Consent remains human

The product cannot replace your obligation to follow applicable laws, workplace policy, and participant-consent requirements.

Know what you’re
bringing into the room.

Clear answers before you install or start a live session.

01What does OpenWindow capture?

For supported live sessions, OpenWindow can use microphone input, system audio, and screen context to create the transcript and contextual workspace. The readiness screen shows which capabilities are required on your operating system.

02Can I use it for any meeting?

Use OpenWindow only where capture and AI assistance are permitted. You are responsible for any participant notice or consent required by law, company policy, event rules, or the meeting organizer.

03Does it work without a subscription?

Yes. Live-meeting time is sold as one-time prepaid credits. Credits do not expire, and your saved meetings and notes remain accessible when your live balance reaches zero.

04What happens after a meeting ends?

The session workspace keeps the transcript, summary, live usage, and assistant conversation together so you can review the meeting and continue asking questions about it.

05Which platforms are supported?

The desktop application supports macOS and Windows. The downloads page automatically recommends an available installer for the system you are using.

06Can I prepare without recording a live call?

Yes. Context creation, private practice, and review workflows are useful before any live meeting begins. You can prepare structured material and revisit saved sessions independently.
